Woodmen split with Royals, Dragons
Greenwood earned a 60-40 win over Roncalli on Wednesday while taking a narrow 54-47 defeat against New Palestine. Ryann Marker was an individual winner in the 200 freestyle and 100 butterfly for the Woodmen, while Emma Tschopp was first in the 50 and 100 freestyles and Maria Mears won the 100 backstroke. Greenwood also took first in the 200 freestyle relay.

Women’s basketball falls on buzzer-beater
Franklin College came back from a 20-point halftime deficit before host St. Mary’s scored as time expired to pull out a 75-74 victory on Wednesday night. Jordan Coon scored 16 points for the Grizzlies (2-1), followed closely by Taylor Cooney with 15, Briley Munchel 14 and Erica Buening 13.
