Oklahoma (18-12, 5-12) vs. Texas (17-13, 6-11)

TV: SEC Network

Tip Time: 7:00 p.m.

Location: Moody Center in Austin, TX

Notes: It’s the regular season finale for the Sooners as they get set to travel down to Austin, Texas to take on the Texas Longhorns for the second time this season. In the first meeting between the two teams, Oklahoma fell to Texas 77-73 after a furious second-half rally by the Sooners fell short in the final minutes. The NCAA Tournament ramifications surrounding this game are huge, for both the Sooners and the Longhorns. As of a bracket projection released Saturday morning by ESPN Bracketologist Joe Lunardi, the Sooners are currently positioned as the last team with a bid in the field of 68 teams, with Texas being the second team left out of the field. A loss for either team Saturday night would deal a crushing blow to any NCAA Tournament hopes that remain, and a tournament bid would likely have to be earned through a deep run in the SEC conference tournament. The Sooners will have to find a way to beat the Longhorns tonight without their senior forward Sam Godwin, who is out for the season after suffering a MCL sprain in his right knee in the previous game.
