Lazar Samardzic starts against his old club with Mateo Retegui and Ademola Lookman, as Atalanta want to keep the winning streak going against Udinese.
It kicks off at the Gewiss Stadium at 11.30 GMT.
La Dea have won five Serie A matches on the trot, including last week’s spectacular 3-0 away to leaders Napoli.
There was also a midweek 2-0 Champions League victory in Stuttgart, but Charles De Ketelaere and Sead Kolasinac picked up injuries, joining Giorgio Scalvini and Gianluca Scamacca on the absentee list.
Samardzic therefore starts against his former club with Capocannoniere Retegui and on form Lookman, while Odilon Kossounou steps into defence.
Udinese fumbled a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 at Venezia when down to 10 men, then suffered a 2-0 defeat to Juventus.
Isak Touré is back from suspension, while Alexis Sanchez, Thomas Kristensen and Gerard Deulofeu are still out of action.
Lorenzo Lucca is again left on the bench in favour of Florian Thauvin and Keinan Davis.
